To Charcuterie or not to be? That is the question!

Something that I love to do is have Charcuterie lunches! They're great for the impromptu lunch and are a quick and convenient manner of having a gourmet getaway mid-day to enable your energy to stay for the rest of the day!
I feel a bit medieval when having this meal and the pictured Charcuterie isn't your typical cured meat and cheese board, but in my book, it qualifies as a more traditional option of having something that is very simple, yet also very gourmet in both presentation and flavor. This board, in particular, was extremely delicious; Bone-In Ribeye, Fresh Strawberries, and Extra Sharp Vermont White Cheddar. The Watermelon La Croix was the perfect refresher for this trio.
